any size, whether row housing, semi-custom or full design/custom
built that lend themselves to it is end themselves to extra scrutiny and have a certain unspoken
pre-requisite requirement to stand out and above the rest of the
rooms in the residence; they must have a ‘wow’ factor. As you
flip through the individual room pages, you will find that we
have repeated these first three paragraphs for emphasis with
each room page.

hat being said, you will find that our FOYERS are the epitome of grand
entrances. When third floors are part of the master
design, 30 ft domed ceilings with a grand chandelier welcome
your guests. A lavish, solid hardwood master staircase
with painted risers and stained treads or combination of solid
hardwood with marble treads staircase with either painted or
stained pickets or wrought iron designed picket system invite
you upstairs where you have second and third floor balconies
with matching picket systems to the master staircase,
overlooking the foyer made with 2 ft by 2 ft granite, marble or
limestone heated floors with an inserted pattern design or border pending on taste
and design, 12” baseboards and paneled walls with all the
appropriate custom sized and recessed lit art niches to fit your
various paintings and artwork. A formal drawing room with
marble fireplace is off to the side of the foyer, allowing a
great place to share some aperitifs before dinner with your
guests, or to say your good-buys as they await their coats. A
residential elevator off the hallway allows for greater ease of
movement from one floor to the next, whilst a secondary
staircase between the second and third floor offers a wonderful
library landing where a pair of antique wing back chairs await a
quiet afternoon of reading.
